We do not provide refunds unless the product we provided was faulty and cannot reasonably be replaced or rectified. Carefully consider your needs before making your purchase.
If a product is faulty you must notify us in writing of the problem and specific items requiring rectification. We will repair or replace the product.
Many of our services including consulting, IT and communications related services are complex. If a service provided by us manifestly does not meet the specification we agreed in writing, we will rectify the work. We do not provide refunds for consulting or other complex services.
Some of our services are paid for in advance (for example hosting services). These services can be cancelled at any time, however we do not provide pro-rata refunds for any period you may not have used when cancelling the service. You will be required to pay for services up to and including the period of your cancellation.
Our consulting services may require a deposit to book the consultant. Deposits will not be refunded if you cancel the service. Whether or not you have made a deposit, if you cancel a consulting assignment within 14 days of commencement of the work you will be required to pay 50% of the full cost of the project and expenses. If you cancel a consulting assignment within 7 days of commencement of the work you will be required to pay the full cost of the project and expenses.
Where a refund is approved the refund will be processed within 7 days. If products need to be returned to us, then refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of these.
